Sameet Kudyadi Architect  As an architect, Sameet has been involved in the analysis, design and implementation of large scale, strategic systems; he has successfully lead the design, development and implementation of multiple e-Commerce development projects in multiple languages in eight countries. He has experience with large-scale web-based solutions involving high traffic and complex interfaces to legacy systems. Sameet has over five years of experience in software development and architecture for IT systems, M.S in Computer Engineering.
Anthony Yi Director of Sales North America  Tony has worked in a variety of senior roles within both consulting service and software companies. For a number of international consulting organizations, he has held management positions in direct sales, alliance operations and strategic business development. Tony has also worked with global software companies such as Art Technology Group(ATG) as a regional manager. He started his career with Ernst & Young, LLP in strategic management consulting.Tony is a graduate from Johns Hopkins University and the George Washington School of Business and Public Administration.

Frank is the head of arvato systems North America Inc. and oversees the locations New York, Indianapolis , and Duncan, South Carolina. Frank came to Bertelsmann in 1999, initially working in corporate development Multimedia at the European headquarter. He then became the CTO of an internet start-up and successfully managed its complete infrastructure. After further assignments in management and business development he became the Vice President of arvato systems NA in 2001.
Boris is the head of Accounting and Finance administration for arvato systems NA, Inc. In his role, he is responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions, financial analysis of IT projects, contract negotiations, project office functions, planning and internal management reporting. In addition, Boris represents the entity to the external and internal auditors, and serves as a business advisor on the control and management of the company and it's operational structure. Boris possess over 10 years of solid financial background across various industries that is gained through his prior employment with Big 4 in the audit divisions and Controllership positions at major manufacturing, publishing and media firms.
