Integrating CyberCash® with Playmobil's existing SAP and Enfinity software architecture, arvato systems set up SAP SD/FI related tables and modified existing output documents (delivery notes, invoices), developed in Smart Forms, to include payment information. Credit card authorization and validation can now be done in both SAP and Intershop's Enfinity. In addition, arvato systems enhanced IDOC processing for sales orders and invoices for Playmobil's retail store "FunPark" as well as set up their SAP returns and refund processes. The standard SAP transaction for sales order creation was modified to make it more user friendly, saving time and money. Sales order and customer creation now can be done in one step: If a customer does not yet exist in Playmobil's SAP system, the sales order transaction requests the user to create the customer without first having to enter into a different transaction on a different screen.
